            Abstract

Objectives . Analysis of the main methods of psychosocial rehabilitation (PsR) and development of a systematic approach to the problem of evaluating its effectiveness. Methods . Psychometric, sociological, system analysis methods and algorithms of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) [1, 2]. Results . The analysis of problems that arise when evaluating the effectiveness of PsR, the choice of evaluation criteria and methodological tools that are most often used for this purpose. It is shown that for an objective assessment of the results of rehabilitation, it is necessary to take into account the hierarchical structure of both the assessment problems and the information to be processed. This information includes quantitative indicators (age, duration of illness, frequency of hospitalizations, results of neurobiological studies), as well as non-numeric (psychometric) indicators (severity of psychopathological symptoms, characteristics of compliance, social behavior, and the patient's environment). The proposed approach to assessing the effectiveness of PsR provides for the development of local and integral criteria for the effectiveness of rehabilitation, based on a multi-dimensional, hierarchical consideration of mental pathology using the AHP algorithms. Conclusions . When solving problems evaluation of the effectiveness of the PsR must use a systematic approach that allows to generate local and integral evaluation of the effectiveness of the PsR based on the individual program of rehabilitation and weightiness of the resulting estimates.
